We started July’s Fat Stacks with Chicago! This is Jennifer’s cross stitched piece. LOVE.
Here’s a picnic blanket she made from “Lemon Pepper Quilts.” It’s about 54″ square. Perfect size.
Laminated back. I’m copying her. 🙂
She made this sweet quilt with the “leftovers.” LOVE the border color choices and the binding.
She sent me this picture last night from her latest Cotton + Steel quilt. Great job!
Joan shared her Jen Kingwell block. This is hand pieced; so well done. Joan is officially addicted to hand piecing now.
Ann cut up her husband’s silk ties to make a tuffet! Do you not love this idea?? She has eight more sections to go. We have no doubt she will finish it. Stay tuned!
Ann’s Denyse Schmidt Flower Chain. This is BEAUTIFUL!
Ann’s Utopia quilt. (Ann likes to make big quilts. 🙂
Here’s a close-up. (Ann also brought us cucumbers, banana peppers and green peppers from her garden!)
Here’s my Halloween applique quilt. Theresa DeWalt quilted it for me. I’ll do a blog post later about it.
Here’s Diana’s vintage star quilt from In Color Order’s blog. Diana took my pictures during the class so of course I forgot to take pictures of her beautiful quilts. She sent these to me this morning. Thanks Diana!
Here’s Diana’s Glimmer quilt. She used an Anna Marie Horner Fat Stack to create this. So right.
Here’s the back. Diana creates a beautiful label and then uses selvedge edges from her fabrics.
So you thought that Glimmer quilt looked familiar?? Well Diana made this miniature first. and brought it to Fat Stacks some months back. Amy took this picture for scale. Crazy good.
Tillie’s May block from Sew Mama Sew’s block of the month. We are having so much fun with this.
Her June block. Great job Tillie!
Martha Claire’s May block. I really like this.
Her June block. Sew Mama Sew’s constructions methods are very different. We are having a great time!
Her July block. Yep, she’s finished with July. Excellent workmanship. We are all very jealous of her chartreuse background.
Joan’s May block. That’s a green batik background. Love.
Carole blew us away with her gray May block.
And here’s June. Carole said she is going through a gray phase. We are glad she is!
I hope you have a wonderful 4th of July! Thanks for looking! Let me know if you have questions about patterns, etc.
Ladies,
Absolutely, beautiful!! Sad I missed the fun show and tells. You’re all amazing!
We missed you too Amy! Tanna kept us on course and let us look at the new Amy Butler!
